What is a locally owned
independent business?
 
1. Privately owned
2. Majority owned by
    area residents
    (within 25 mile radius)
3. Owners have full
    decision-making
    powers
4. No more than 6 outlets
5. All bases of operation
    lie within WA State
6. ‡ Franchise owner must
    live on the
    Enumclaw Plateau.
7. *Benefactors may be
    publicly held or
    part of a larger organization,
    but considered an anchor
    in the community.
8. Personal Members must
    be residents of
    the Enumclaw Plateau
